Essential Functions:

•90 Day Retention Bonus•Properly prepare our famous Towneplace Suites hot and healthy breakfast during assigned hours. Maintain clean and efficient breakfast area. Greet guests as you see them, speak politely, and assist customers. Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards. Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Successfully complete required food safety training once hired. Follow safety procedures while using a sharp knife, toaster, ovens, and other food preparation tools and appliances. Remove and re-line trash cans, clean and wipe chairs, tables, beverage area, and the breakfast and condiment station. Receive food orders and place into storage following FIFO. Keep accurate food and temperature records as trained once hired. Sweep, vacuum or mop floors in the breakfast area and lobby. Any additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each essential duty. Individuals must be available weekends and holidays as business requires. Additionally, the requirements listed below are representative of knowledge and skills required. Possess thorough knowledge of emergency procedures. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent attention to detail. Must be able to move luggage, packages or furniture weighing up to 30 lbs.
