Hotel Breakfast Attendant Hotel Concord East Syracuse 6605 Old Collamer Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during the breakfast hours, ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for food service, with a focus on food safety and quality. Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring all food items are fresh and presented attractively. Monitor food stations to ensure they are well-stocked and clean throughout the breakfast service. Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding menu items. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or catering is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent guest service.
