Clerk/Food Handler Position Available In St. Lawrence, New York

Job location: Kunoco Food Mart3662 County Route 24; Russell, NY 13684“`Duties“

• Assist customers with their food orders and provide excellent customer service
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
• Stock shelves, refrigerators, and display cases with fresh products
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of food
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations“`Skills“
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems, preferably Aloha POS
• Understanding of food industry regulations and food safety standards
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
