Breakfast Attendant Residence Inn – a Chartwell hotel 500 Broadhollow Road, Melville, NY 11747 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment. This role requires a passion for food service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food stations and beverage stations. Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stored, and presented attractively. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting with their needs, and addressing any concerns. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving equipment. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe dining experience. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help guests create an enjoyable breakfast experience.
