Here are the basic functions of the job: Setup dining room , steamtable and cold stations for meal service. Records food, dish machine, refrigerator and freezer temperatures reviews menu spread sheet prior to meal service. Serves meals according to diet and written instructions on meal ticket. Cleans and sanitizes tables, dishware, equipment and countertops after each meal. Maintains adequate quantities of supplies in storage, dates, rotates and discards outdated items. Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies. Follow safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. must be able to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to function in a flexible work environment.
