The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming dining experience for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist servers and kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness, supporting food service operations, and contributing to overall guest satisfaction in our hospitality-focused establishment. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering bread or condiments, and providing any additional support as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or large parties. Ensure all utensils, glassware, and dishes are properly cleaned and stored in the kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others, contributing to a cooperative team atmosphere.
