Responsibilities Lead and coordinate banquet events from setup to execution, ensuring all details are managed according to client specifications. Supervise banquet staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high standards of service. Collaborate with the culinary team to oversee food production and presentation, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards. Manage inventory and supplies for events, including budgeting for food and beverage costs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction throughout the event. Handle any issues or concerns that arise during events promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or catering with a focus on banquet services. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and culinary techniques. Experience in budgeting for events and managing costs effectively. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in planning and executing events.
