Overview
Willow Valley Communities is hiring a Café Attendant to prepare food andplete set-up/clean-up duties associated with café operations for café and special functions. The Café Attendant will maintain expected safety and sanitation standards and high levels of customer service. Opportunities with

Wage:
$15.00/hr
Responsibilities:
Makes coffee and sets up café line.
Prepares for café and catering functions.
Determines production needs for café and assists with inventory and ordering.
Slices deli meats and cheeses, and prepares meat salads, weighing and measuring ingredients according to standardized recipes.
Takes orders and assembles salads and sandwiches according to customer orders.
Cleans up deli counter and dining area in café and maintains cleanliness of kitchen and pantry areas.
Operates point of sale system.
Assists with catering set up and delivery as directed by supervisor.
Follows Willow Valley’s HACCP plan and Food Safety policies and procedures.
Receives and stores food items according to HACCP guidelines. Maintains high levels of food safety and sanitation, and assurespliance with the HACCP plan.
Maintains high level of customer service and takes ownership in creating a warm and weing environment.
Checks identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 yrs or older
Excellent customer service required
Hours:
15-20 hours/week
Schedule:
8:00am-1:00pm, 3 days week + rotating Saturdays
No holidays
