The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and setting up the daily breakfast buffet to brand standard and ensuring a positive, friendly, and inviting guest experience. Maintain the buffet in an attractive and abundant looking, presentation, making sure it is organized, clean, and standardized. Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day. Maintain cleanliness of breakfast space and restock as needed. Provide excellent guest service. Effectively communicate with hotel management and other departments.
