In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests at the hotel. Your primary focus will be on food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring that all guests receive high-quality service during their morning meal. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, in accordance with health and safety standards. Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs during breakfast hours. Operate the coffee machine and other kitchen equipment efficiently to prepare beverages and food items. Monitor food quality and freshness, discarding any items that do not meet standards. Assist with the operation of the POS system for any transactions related to breakfast services. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery to guests. Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred. Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation. Ability to operate a cash register or POS system efficiently. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus. Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests as needed. Good communication skills and teamwork mentality are essential for success in this role.
