Stephen Starr is set to unveil Borromini, his highly anticipated trattoria in the heart of Rittenhouse Square in late summer 2025. Housed in the historic 13,000-square-foot Alison Building at 1805 Walnut Street, Borromini promises to be a landmark dining destination, featuring a menu crafted by acclaimed New York chef Mark Ladner and Executive Chef Julian Baker. With a design that mirrors the energy of Parc, Borromini will offer an immersive Italian dining experience across two floors, complemented by an expansive sidewalk café. Qualified Bussers will have:
Experience as a Busser or similar role in a busy/well-rated restaurant
Ability to work well with others including servers and chefs alike
Weekend availability
Team players with a strong work ethic and dedicated to the craft of being a student of the industry
Responsible & timely, willing to take direction
