Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced food service worker to work our PrimoHoagies Mcmurray location. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a focus on customer satisfaction, team development, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Check product expiration dates and rotate stock to ensure freshness. Operate deli equipment, including slicers, scales, ovens, safely and efficiently. Lead by example with a hands-on approach to running shifts and maintaining store standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards Collaborate with franchise support team on promotions, training, and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in restaurant or retail (quick-service or fast-casual preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

$15.00 – $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
