The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Assist with food preparation and handling, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Support the waitstaff by providing assistance with bussing tables and refilling drinks as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Communicate effectively with both guests and team members to enhance guest services. • Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling standards. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with banquet service is a plus.
