We are currently hiring a Banquet Set-Up Associate to join our events team and help bring our guest experiences to life. Position Summary As a Banquet Set-Up Associate , you will play a critical role in preparing and maintaining banquet spaces for events, meetings, and functions. This role ensures all event spaces are set to hotel standards and guest expectations, helping create a memorable experience for every guest. Core ResponsibilitiesJob Functions

  • 90% of Performance Appraisal 1. Administration
  • 70% Follow detailed instructions from Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accurate room set-up.

Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all banquet areas. Ensure rooms are cleaned, cleared, and securely locked after events. Assist with food service, room set-up, and clean-up as needed. Report maintenance issues promptly to the Engineering Department. Store all equipment in designated areas properly and safely. Help ensure delivery of high-quality guest service and satisfaction. 2. Support

  • 20% Communicate effectively in English with guests, coworkers, and supervisors. Attend and actively participate in all required meetings. Follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures with attention to detail. Professionalism and Style Expectations

Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. CPR certification required; First aid training preferred. Previous banquet or hospitality experience is a plus.
