Busboy/Busser 1711 Taphouse 3668 Trask Pkwy, Beaufort, SC 29906 Busboys/Bussers play an important role by ensuring that the restaurant maintains a clean and hospitable environment. You are the behind-the-scenes backbone of the restaurant, making sure everything is tidy and ready for a smooth operations. Our ideal candidate has a positive and friendly demeanor, works efficiently, and maintains a clean and organized work space. Responsibilities Clearing away dirty dishes, utensils and glassware promptly and professionally Cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers Refilling water glasses and restocking bread baskets Assisting in restocking and replenishing the restaurant inventory and supplies Assisting wait staff with serving meals and drinks when required Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event of spills Emptying trash bins and taking the garbage to the dumpster Assisting in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and food preparation areas Clean Bathrooms Washing Dishes Following all relevant health department rules and regulations Supporting other staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed Qualifications Previous experience as a Busboy or in a similar role is preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and integrity Excellent communication and customer service skills Physical strength and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours Benefits Competitive pay Flexible schedules
