The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in casual and fine dining environments. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Train, supervise, and motivate front-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house. Monitor dining room activities to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, service standards, and updates. Oversee inventory management for dining supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant. Qualifications Proven experience in food management or hospitality management within the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of casual dining and fine dining service standards. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism. A passion for culinary excellence and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
