The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests. This position requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Breakfast attendant timings are 5:30 am Monday – Friday and 6:30 am Saturday – Sunday Duties Set up the breakfast area with food and beverage items in an appealing manner. Ensure all food items are stocked, fresh, and presented according to safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving dishes. Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to ensure a tidy environment. Assist guests with any questions or requests regarding the breakfast offerings. Follow food safety protocols to ensure all items are safe for consumption. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils used during breakfast service. Support catering or banquet services as needed during special events. Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a kitchen setting while maintaining cleanliness. Familiarity with culinary tools, including knives and kitchen equipment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
