In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a clean and inviting dining area, preparing food items, and assisting guests with their needs. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential for success in this position. We need someone who can work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between the hours of 6am-11am every weekend. Responsibilities Set up the breakfast area prior to service, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Prepare and present breakfast items, including coffee, bagel, and other food options. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs throughout their meal. Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces as needed. Assist in banquet setups as required, ensuring all food service areas meet health and safety standards. Handle kitchen tools safely, including knives, while preparing food items. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and safety practices. Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment is desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in service delivery.
