We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Representative/Dining Room Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the dining room Ensure that the dining room is clean and presentable at all times Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware, along with the patio (if applicable), drink station and restrooms Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials Providing an exceptional customer experience
