Breakfast Attendant Hampton by Hilton 681 Winfield Dunn Parkway, Sevierville, TN 37876 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. Your primary focus will be on meal preparation, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare and present breakfast items according to established standards. Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Assist guests with their meal selections and dietary needs. Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about menu items and address any inquiries. Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in proper working condition. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals. Adhere to health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation. Skills Experience as a dietary aide or in meal preparation is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and platforms like OpenTable is a plus. Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Knowledge of banquet service practices is beneficial. Ability to maintain professionalism while handling phone etiquette. Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
