Splash Country Food Service CJ’s Tacos Pigeon Forge, TN 37863 CJ’s Tacos is a 5x food truck and premier taco company of out Knoxville. We will have our food truck in Dollywood Splash Country for the summer. We are looking for part-time/Seasonal employees. The date is from June 1st-August 10th, 2025. It will be 3 days a week open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Averaging around 9 hours a day.
