Breakfast Attendant and Cook Hu Hotel 79 Madison Avenue, Memphis, TN 38103 A Breakfast Attendant ensures a positive breakfast experience for hotel guests by maintaining a clean and well-stocked dining area, replenishing food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service . They are responsible for setting up the breakfast buffet, restocking food and supplies, and cleaning up the area after service. Here’s a more detailed breakdown of common responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Setting up and maintaining the breakfast area: This includes preparing the buffet, setting tables, and ensuring the area is clean and organized.
Restocking food and beverages:
Replenishing food stations, beverage dispensers, and other supplies throughout the breakfast service.
Providing excellent customer service:
Greets guests, answers questions, and assists with any breakfast-related needs.
Maintaining cleanliness:
Cleaning tables, bussing dishes, mopping the floor, and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
Dishwashing and cleaning:
Washing dishes, glasses, and silverware, and returning them to storage.
Inventory management:
Assisting with inventory tracking and ensuring adequate supplies are available.
Following health and safety regulations:
Adhering to food handling and safety protocols. Assisting with other duties as needed: May be asked to help with other tasks such as coffee making, trash disposal, or assisting other staff.
