5am-10am Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during breakfast service. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and ensure that all food safety standards are met. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent guest relations will be essential in delivering a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with a variety of food items, ensuring presentation is appealing. Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing help as necessary to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables and ensuring that all surfaces are sanitized. Communicate with kitchen staff regarding food supplies and any guest requests or concerns. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Monitor inventory levels of food items and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements Previous experience in food service or catering is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
