The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area, and maintaining food safety standards. This role is crucial in creating a positive experience for our guests as they start their day. Responsibilities Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with a variety of food items, ensuring freshness and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing excellent guest services and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Monitor food safety practices, ensuring all items are stored at appropriate temperatures and handled according to health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items and maintain inventory levels. Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols while performing duties. Standing for long periods Skills Experience in banquet service, restaurant operations, or as a dietary aide is preferred. Knowledge of food handling and food safety regulations. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
