This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about supporting food service operations. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and kitchen staff. Buss tables after meals to ensure a tidy dining environment. Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours. Skills Experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is an advantage. Familiarity with catering or hotel kitchen operations is beneficial. Willingness to help others and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
