The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and experience in meat cutting, food preparation, and customer service. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meat products, ensuring proper handling and packaging, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Duties Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to specifications. Ensure all meat products are handled safely and in compliance with health regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat cutting area and equipment. Assist customers with their selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and exceptional service. Package meat products for display or sale while ensuring freshness and quality. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meat for restaurant operations. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred. Proficient knife skills with a strong understanding of food handling practices. Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and culinary standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
