Experienced Butcher Position Available In Escambia, Florida

Experienced Butcher McGuire’s Irish Pub 600 East Gregory Street, Pensacola, FL 32502 McGuire’s Irish Pub, one of America’s top steak houses is seeking a full time experienced butcher. Pay will be based on experience. Applicant must possess the ability to use knives, meat slicers, meat grinders, knife sharpeners, scales and other tools and equipment Knowledge of common cuts of meat and USDA meat quality grading systems Ability to move heavy boxes and cuts of meat from one location to another Interpersonal skills to make a good impression on customers Ability to remain upright and mobile throughout most of a shift Familiarity with food handling and sanitation standards and best practices.
