Duties Perform meat cutting, trimming, and preparation tasks with precision and skill. Ensure all meat products are cut according to specifications for quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat cutting area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist customers with their meat selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and excellent service. Monitor inventory levels of meat products and report any shortages or quality issues. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meat items for various dishes. Follow all safety protocols while using knives and other cutting tools to prevent accidents.
