Job Description
TITLE Confectioner – Coast Candy Makers
DESCRIPTION
The Confectioner is responsible for working in assigned station to produce quality sweets for the candy store. Provides friendly, courteous service to guests. Mixes and cooks candy ingredients by following, modifying or formulating recipes to produce product of a specified flavor, texture and color. Assist as instructed in the steamer bakery to create dessert’s, rolls etc.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required. Must be 18 years or older with a Valid Driver License or State issued ID. Knowledge of all kitchen machinery necessary. Baking and confectionary skills preferred. Ability to produce a quality product by following a recipe or specification
