The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing,cutting and wrapping various types of meat, including beef & pork. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately. This position requires working with equipment such as grinders, band saws, slicer and multiple grades of knives. The pay for this position depends on experience.

Responsibilities:

Cut, trim, and prepare meat for sale. Ensure that meat is cut to the correct size and weight. Operate a variety of cutting tools and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Monitor product quality and freshness. Follow proper food safety procedures.
