Duties Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to specifications and customer requests. Ensure all meat products are handled safely and stored properly to maintain freshness. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat preparation area, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations regarding meat products. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meat for restaurant operations. Follow all company policies and procedures related to food production and safety. Skills Proficient in knife skills and various meat cutting techniques. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
