Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer specifications
• Package and label meat products for display and sale
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and answering any questions they may have

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen or food industry preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Familiarity with meat cutting techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Ability to handle knives and other cutting tools safely

Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in a culinary or food production setting
• Proficient in using knives and other meat cutting tools
• Knowledge of proper food handling techniques
• Strong customer service skills to assist customers with their meat selection
