• Cut, trim, and package meat products according to customer specifications
• Ensure that all meat products are handled and stored in a safe and sanitary manner
• Follow proper food safety and handling procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist customers with their meat selection and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations in the meat department “`Qualifications“`
• Previous experience in meat cutting or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper meat handling techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills for weighing and measuring meat products accurately
