Butcher Assistant Lowcountry Fresh Market & cafe 303 Bleecker Street South, Bluffton, SC 29910 Butcher’s Assistant – Learn the Craft, Support Local, Feed the Community We’re looking for a dependable, food-loving team member to join our crew as a Butcher’s Assistant here at Lowcountry Fresh . You don’t need years of experience—just a good attitude, a willingness to learn, and a respect for quality food. This role is all about supporting our expert meat & seafood manager, helping prep and package beautiful cuts, keeping things clean and safe, and delivering great service to our customers. What You’ll Be Doing:
Helping with meat prep—cutting, trimming, and portioning with care Packaging and labeling items for the case or custom orders Keeping our workspace clean, organized, and food-safe Assisting with inventory (receiving, storing, and rotating product) Using knives and tools safely and confidently—we’ll train you!
