Role:

As a Coffee Roaster, you will not only learn the craft of roasting but also take on responsibilities like managing online orders, packaging, and maintaining inventory. You’ll also get to help with barista training, coffee cuppings, and more—getting involved in every aspect of what makes our coffee top-notch.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Master the art of roasting with our training (no prior experience needed!). Take charge of fulfilling online orders and packaging them with care. Handle green coffee purchasing and supplies to keep things running smoothly. Support barista training to share your love of coffee with others. Conduct cupping sessions to evaluate coffee flavors and consistency. Keep our roaster clean and the workspace organized.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.

Sanitate all equipment and surfaces regularly to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Assist in the fabrication of new beverage recipes and seasonal offerings. Package products for sale, ensuring proper labeling and adherence to CGMP regulations. Operate equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders with mechanical knowledge for optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Adhere to HACCP guidelines throughout all food preparation processes.
