• Meat Cutter for Ole Timey Meats Beaufort. This will consist of the following responsibilities
• Proficient use of a commercial grinder, bandsaw, sausage stuffer
• Cutting and knife skills
• Ability to follow predetermined recipes, ratios and processes.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace and adherqnce to SC Department of Agriculture food safety guidelines
• Must have leadership and communication skills as well as be able to work as a team
• Must be a self starter and be able to work without constant supervision
• Previous safety training ex: OSHA would be great but not required
• Must be willing to obtain Food Manager Certifications and perform required continuing education classes.
