The ideal person is team oriented and hard working. Duties include food preparation for meals, deli sandwich prep, meat cutting, breaking down primals, selecting wine for retail sale, customer service and clean up. Ideal position for someone with grocery store butcher experience, steakhouse meat cutting experience or restaurant kitchen experience. Our hours are better than restaurants. Open Monday – Saturday 10-7 and Sunday 12-6. Growth opportunities available. There is also a generous shopping benefit for employees. Ideal position for someone looking to grow within the business. Management opportunities available to detail focused individuals. ServSafe Certification a plus. Meat department/deli, grocery or food service experience required.
