Grinding operation:

Feeding meat into the grinder, adjusting grind size, and monitoring the grinding process.

Packaging:

Wrapping and labeling ground meat products according to specifications.

Quality control:

Inspecting ground meat for consistency and quality, ensuring proper sanitation standards.

Equipment maintenance:

Cleaning and sanitizing equipment after each use.

Documentation:

Keeping records of production, including batch numbers and weights.

Safety compliance:

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Retail Customer Service Retail Case:

Maintain a clean and organized retail display case.

Customer Service:

Run Point of Sale with customers and answer customer questions / provide cooking/prep recommendations.

Social Media & Brand Representation Photo & Video:

Willingness to be in photos and videos for marketing purposes to represent the brand and share the art of butchery. Qualifications Experience in meat cutting or butchery (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfort on camera and familiarity with platforms like Instagram and Facebook Ability to take photos on smartphone Passion for local food, farming, or sustainable meat practices is a plus
