Ensure all meat products meet food safety standards and regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butcher area and kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill meat orders efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of meat products and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with patrons. Requirements Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
