Training Overview (

Training Pay:

$13.75 per hour) All candidates will complete: Two weeks of hands-on training focused on Blackjack fundamentals Audition required at the end of Week 2 to qualify for casino floor placement

Opportunities Available During Event:
Part-Time Blackjack Dealer Path:

Attend two weeks of Blackjack School
Pass audition to be released to the casino floor
Begin dealing shifts as a Part-Time Dealer
Full-Time Dealer / Supervisor (Dual Rate)

Path:

Attend two weeks of Blackjack School Pass audition to be released to the casino floor Begin a Dual (Dealer/Supervisor) Role during the first 90 days: Deal 4 days/week Supervise 1 day/week Receive ongoing shadowing and mentorship as you transition into leadership

Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Ability to attend dealer school to learn policies and procedures of the games.
Must be able to pass basic math test during interview.
Must have strong verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to figure payoffs.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
