Some if what you’ll do in this position: Handling Guest transactions for buy-ins, payoffs, and markers Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service in accordance with policies and procedures. Notifying supervisor(s) of any irregularities in the play and/or transactions during the shift Adhering to appropriate gaming regulations, policies and procedures Distinguishing letters, numbers and symbols Verifying fills and credits to the game Hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity Educating our guests on the proper rules and procedures of table games Computing payable odds and payable winning bets Monitoring guest play and table action to ensure the integrity of the games and company asset Performs other duties as assigned. What you’ll need for this position: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to grasp, handle and feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear clearly. Must have the ability to lift at least 25 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent; 2 to 3 years’ experience in table games. Must have the ability to obtain a Gaming License issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily Knowledge of table games, ie: blackjack, craps, roulette and specialty games Maintain familiarity with all games used Excellent math and communication skills.
