JOB SUMMARY
Greeting customers and welcomes them to The Nash Casino. Ensures gaming transactions involving dealing of cards, paying off winning bets and/or collecting losses, exchanging cash for chips are conducted according to game policies, procedures, and house rules, in a timely and accurate fashion. Performs all duties in accordance with Company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Verifies the accuracy of the table bankrolls and inspects all decks of cards prior to use. Must be knowledgeable and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols. Handle transactions and chip exchanges with accuracy and efficiency. Monitor guest behavior and report suspicious activity or irregularities to floor supervisors. Promotes excellent customer relations by acknowledging, greeting, and conversing with customers who approach the pit area and/or are actively playing the games. Consistently professional, friendly, and courteous in all interactions. Provides an exceptional guest experience throughout the shift. Maintain a consistent friendly and approachable demeanor with guests and Team Members.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 year experience dealing multiple table games in a regulated gaming environment. High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred. Strong math skills and excellent hand-eye coordination Ability to work a variety of shifts, this includes day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled. Must be able to pass an audition to ensure skill level is adequate Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license. Must pass all pre-screening and background checks. Internal candidates must have been in their current position for at least six months and have no active disciplinary action during the last six months.
