Job Description:

The Table Games Dealer deals table games following company, department and state regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide quality customer service to guests. Deal table games following company, department and state regulations. Handle all bets on assigned games. Mentally perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately while game is in progress. Maintain a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the customer with a pleasant gaming experience. Explain aspects of the games to gaming patrons as requested. Process all cash and maintains proper handling and accounting for assigned property items. Monitor and maintain the integrity of the game. Handle player transactions and notify Pit Supervisor of any irregularities. Advise Pit Supervisor of any player disputes or disagreements that may arise during the game. Inform Pit Supervisor or other personnel of any important or relevant facts regarding specific players. Knowledge of Mississippi Stud, Roulette & Blackjack table games dealing procedures preferred. General knowledge of Texas Hold ‘Em preferred. All other duties as assigned.
