Accurately take guest bets, payout bets, make change for guests, maintain a game pace, and deal cards. Demonstrate proficient knowledge of gaming policies and procedures. Consistently reflect a friendly, positive, and constructive approach to the game, the department, and the company. Maintain enthusiasm regardless of pit or game assignment.
