JOB DESCRIPTION
At Lapeer, the job of Chef de Cuisine is a challenging and rewarding job in the kitchen. One would be assisting with hiring and training, overseeing and ordering stock, and communicating between FOH and BOH among other things. We offer a vibrant culture that promotes creativity and education revolving around food and hospitality.
COMPENSATION
this position is: salaried, $50,000 – $75,000
