Sushi Chef Blu Fin Sushi Bar 4276 West Sunset Avenue, Springdale, AR 72762 Seeking for a responsible and reliable chef and servers. Chef must have open flexibility to work. Starting at $16 but not limited. Pay depends on solid good work ethic. Must have experience. Server must be at least 21 years of age and have serving experience.

• Prepare and create a variety of sushi dishes according to the menu and customer preferences
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Make sushi rice
• Slice ingredients
• Manages storage of vegetables, and meat such as crab, eel, salmon, and tuna
• Monitors inventory of supplies
• Ensures hygiene standards Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role in the food industry
• Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills and presentation
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
