The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Caterer, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving food and beverages for various events, ensuring that all aspects of the catering service meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Duties Coordinate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences for events. Prepare and present food items in an appealing manner, adhering to food safety standards. Set up and break down catering stations at event locations. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness during events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of menu items. Manage inventory of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety standards in food handling. Skills Experience in hotel or banquet catering environments is highly desirable. Strong guest services skills to enhance the overall customer experience. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Previous experience in bartending or restaurant settings is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
