Full-time What You’ll Do:
Lead daily operations of the deli department, ensuring top-quality products and service. Train, mentor, and support deli associates to maintain high performance and efficiency. Prepare, slice, and package premium meats, cheeses, and prepared foods. Maintain inventory, ordering, and merchandising to maximize freshness and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with selections and special requests.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a deli, food service, or grocery leadership role (preferred). Knowledge of gourmet deli meats, cheeses, and prepared foods. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
