- 3+ years in the same or similar position and responsibility
- Creative, guest-facing individual, comfortable in FOH and BOH
- Monitor the operational flow of the restaurant ensuring culinary, and DOH standards and protocols are being followed and executed
- Manage recruitment needs for the restaurant by proactively interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
- Conduct pre-shift with the culinary team to keep them informed on updates and goals
- Solid financial abilities: menu costing, inventory control, labor productivity/control, budgeting, and forecasting
