The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and kitchen management, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff during shifts. Manage food production processes to maintain quality and consistency. Ensure proper inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist in banquet preparations as needed, contributing to special events and catering services. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a line cook or similar role. Strong knowledge of food management practices, including sanitation and safety standards. Ability to manage shifts effectively, demonstrating leadership skills in a kitchen setting. Experience with inventory control processes is preferred. Familiarity with banquet service is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
